According to previous AGM resolution, Beijer Electronics has appointed an Election Committee to submit proposals regarding the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Meeting, Auditors and Auditors' and Directors' fees, to be submitted to the AGM on April 21, 2008.
The AGM resolution means that the company will have an Election Committee comprising five members, with one representative from each of the four largest shareholders immediately before publication, plus the Chairman of the Board. The Chairman, who may not be a Board member, will be appointed by that member representing the largest shareholder.
This year's Election Committee consists of following members:
Anders Ilstam, Chairman of the Board
Bert Åke Eriksson, Stena Sessan
Arne Lööw, Fourth AP (National Pension Insurance) Fund
Hans Forssman, Skandia Liv
Ulf Hedlundh, Svolder, Chairman and convener of the Election Committee.
